Training to Combat RSI
Category: Health & Safety
RSI (Repetitive Strain Injury) is caused by repeated overuse and injury to the muscles of the hands, wrists, arms or shoulders. Anyone whose job or hobby involves repetitive movement is at risk of Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI). RSI affects many people in many professions. However, one group of people who are at extremely high risk of experiencing RSI are computer users.
The SquareOne Training to Combat RSI course is therefore directly targeted at computer users throughout the UK and Europe. Our aim is to reduce the risk of individual's experiencing RSI by teaching people how to use tools and techniques within Microsoft Office which will reduce repetitive movements when using a computer. This will not only help them to minimise risk, but will also help them to be more efficient in the workplace
This seminar is ideal for companies who have a strong safety ethic and are keen to invest in the safety of their staff through ergonomics.
